Remote Assistance provides a way for you to get the help you need when you run into problems with your computer or network. Remote Assistance allows us to help you your friends, family, co works and employees should a need arise.

To receive remote assistance you will need a preauthorized 9 digit security code from an EXPECTtech representative. Please call 727-808-0580 or email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it  to recive a vaild key code.  

The code is good on a per session basis and expires quickly.  If a session in not started soon after authorization a new code will need to be generated.  

I addition to the code the computer receiving support should be a Microsoft Windows based computer, NT2000, XP, Vista or Windows 7 and have  a working internet connection, high speed preferred.
